Peanut and Apple Butter Sandwich

Peanut and Apple Butter Sandwich
Delicious, easy lunchtime-- Peanut and Apple Butter Sandwich! :)
Spread your bread out on the counter top.
Spread the peanut butter on the first piece of bread, then the apple butter on the other.

Place the butters together and then cut the sandwich in half.
Wrap in plastic wrap, add some carrots in a brown bag, and you're done! :)

Ingredients:
2 pieces of low-calorie bread (I used Weight Watchers Whole Wheat)
1 teaspoon natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon apple butter (try to find one without sweeteners-- I love Tap'N Apple Butter)

Directions:
1.  Lay pieces of bread flat on countertop.
2.  Spread the peanut butter on one half of the bread, and the apple butter on the other.
3.  Wrap in plastic wrap and brown-bag it with some carrots-- done!

Quick, easy, and healthy lunch!  Enjoy!
