Lemon-Honey Marinated Chicken Breasts

Delicious and easy meal! :)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Trim your chicken and cut it into palm-sized pieces.


Prepare the marinade:  crumble the chicken bullion cube, add the lemon juice, honey, and parsley flakes.




Mince the garlic cloves and add to the bowl.



Mix it up.

Add chicken and marinade together in a Ziploc bag and let marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Get baking sheet ready with aluminum foil and non-stick spray.
Place chicken breasts on pan and bake on middle rack of oven for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed if frozen
1 chicken bullion cube, crumbled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
2 garlic cloves

Directions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Trim the chicken and cut each breast in half, or into palm-sized pieces.
2.  Combine the crumbled chicken bullion cube, lemon juice, honey, and parsley flakes in a bowl.  Mince the garlic cloves and add to bowl.  Mix well.
3.  Combine the chicken pieces and the marinade in a Ziploc bag and marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4.  Bake on pan lined with aluminum foil, sprayed with non-stick spray for about 30 minutes, or until the thickest piece of chicken reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
