Lettuce and Cheese Wrap

Lettuce and Cheese Wrap

The prefect easy lunch!

Get you lavash or your tortilla spread out (I used Joseph's Lavash Bread).
Get your lettuce (I used romaine).
Wash the lettuce and make sure it is completely dry.
Rip the lettuce into small piece with your hands and spread the pieces over the lavash or tortilla.
Get your shredded cheese and spread it evenly over the lettuce pieces.

Roll up the tortilla or lavash width-wise to make a roll.
Done! Now, just cut it in half and wrap it in plastic wrap.


Brown-bag it with some baby carrots, and you're done!

Ingredients:
1 lavash or tortilla (I used Joseph's Lavash Bread)
2 full pieces of lettuce (I used romaine)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
1.  Place tortilla or lavash flat on counter.
2.  Rip up the lettuce and spread out over the tortilla or lavash.
3.  Spread the cheese out evenly on the lavash or tortilla.
4.  Roll the tortilla or lavash up into a roll, cut in half, cover in plastic wrap, and brown-bag it!  Done!
