Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Same recipe as my regular chocolate chip cookies, but mini this time!!! :) (super bad-for-you!!)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Cream the butter, then add both of the sugars.  Whip until smooth, then add one egg at a time (sorry--no pictures).

Dissolve baking soda in water, then add the dough with salt.

Add the three cups of flour, one at a time.

Then, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Drop by a small cookie scoop onto pans lined with parchment paper.  Bake on middle rack for about 8 minutes.
Beautiful!!
