Chicken Broccoli Parmesan Single-Serve Dish

Makes a great, easy lunch!
Place broccoli into small bowl.
Add the shredded chicken and mix.

Sprinkle on the grated Parmesan cheese.  Now, microwave for about 2 minutes, and you're done!  Easy!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli pieces
1/2 cup (about 3 oz) shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts (I had some left over from picking apart some chicken for my dog :)  )
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
1.  Add the broccoli and chicken to a small bowl and mix together.  Add the grated Parmesan cheese on top and microwave for about 2 minutes.  Done!

Quick and easy lunch!  Enjoy!
