Banana-Peanut Butter Sandwich

Banana-Peanut Butter Sandwich
Simple, yummy lunch!
Spread the natural peanut butter onto the bread slices.

Fully peel the banana and cut in half.

Then, cut the halves once more in half, length-wise this time.
Spread three halves on one piece of the bread and then cut the last in half once more and fill in the ridges on top of the other pieces.

Place the other piece of bread on top of the banana slices and you're done!  You can also cut the sandwich in half if you want, like me. :)  -- FYI, this sandwich tastes even better when it's been shmushed together for awhile in a paper bag! :)
Add on some veggies to your lunch, and you're perfect!
You can use powdered peanut butter, also, to spread on your sandwich.  I do not recommend using powdered peanut butter for a side condiment, though-- only with a concoction of ingredients, like in a sandwich.

Prepare the powdered peanut butter as directed on the package and spread as normal! :)

Delicious!

Carbs: 45 g
Fiber: 6 g
Protein: 9 g

Ingredients:
2 slices whole-wheat bread (I used bread that was 45 calories per slice)
1 1/2 teaspoons natural peanut butter (tastes way better than any disgusting hydrogenated peanut butter) -- You can use more; I just don't like a lot of peanut butter on sandwiches
1 banana, not ripe, but yellow

Directions:
1.  Spread peanut butter onto both slices of bread, evenly.
2.  Peel banana and cut in half.  Then, cut these halves again in half, long-wise this time, and spread three on one piece of bread.  With the last piece of banana, cut it again in half and place it between the ridges left on the other banana slices.
3.  Place the other slice of bread onto the top of the banana slices, and you're done!

I know I mentioned this sandwich in my Healthy Bag Lunch recipe, so here it is, pictured out!  Enjoy!
