Ham and Cheese Wrap

Ham and Cheese Wrap
Delicious, easy lunch! :)
Spread your tortilla out and wash and dry your lettuce.

Rip up your lettuce with your fingers onto the tortilla.

Add the shredded cheese on the wrap, all over.

Rip up your ham slice and spread it out over the tortilla, too.

Roll it up, and you're done!

Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla (low-calorie--I used Fiber One 80 calorie flour tortilla)
2 leaves of lettuce (I used romaine)
2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese
1 slice (about 1 ounce) baked ham (or you can use ham lunch meat slices)

Directions:
1.  Rip up the lettuce and spread it on the tortilla.  Add the shredded cheese.
2.  Rip up the slice of ham and add it to the tortilla, also.
3.  Roll up the tortilla, and you're done! :)
