Croutons

Croutons
Easy as 1-2-3!
Cut up as much bread as you want (I only wanted 1 slice) into 1/2" cubes.

Toss with a bit of olive oil, then some parsley, of any other seasoning (if desired).

Bake for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
Done! :)

Ingredients:
One slice of any preferred bread (I used a slice of 45 calorie bread-- the croutons still tasted great in a salad)
about 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
any other seasonings (ex. parsley, oregano, salt, pepper...)

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Cut bread into 1/2" cubes.
2.  Coat bread with olive oil on a pan lined with aluminum foil, sprayed with non-stick spray.  Also coat with any other seasonings wanted.
3.  Bake for about 8 minutes (though it may not look like anything happened, it did-- they're done!)

Done!  Easy, and fun! Enjoy!
