Clementine-Almond Wrap

Clementine-Almond Wrap
A spin off of the salad, but still just as great!
Wash your lettuce, rip up, and place on lavash.



Peel and pull the clementine off into sections.  Cut the sections in half, and place on lavash.




Spread on the almond halves, and roll up-- you're done! :)

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 lavash (I used Joseph's)
2 leaves of lettuce (I used romaine)
1 clementine
2 tablespoons almond halves

Directions:
1.  Rinse and rip up your lettuce.  Place on lavash.
2.  Peel, section, and cut the sections in half on the clementine.  Spread over lavash.
3.  Sprinkle the almond halves over the wrap, roll up, and you're done!
