Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Delicious peanut butter cookies! :)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Add the peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the mixer and mix until smooth and whipped, about 2 minutes.



Add the eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and kosher salt and mix well.





Drop by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper, then criss-cross a hatch-mark pattern onto the cookies with a long fork.

Bake for about 12 minutes, until edges are golden brown.

Ingredients:
2 cups creamy peanut butter (not all-natural) -- I used a scale to aid in measuring
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the mixer and mix until smooth and whipped, 2 minutes.
2.  Add the eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, vanilla extract, and kosher salt.  Mix well, 2 minutes.
3.  Drop by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper, and use a long fork to criss-cross a hatch-mark pattern onto the cookies.  Bake for about 12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.  Done! :)
