Banana Peanut Butter

Banana Peanut Butter
Super delicious peanut butter that's low calorie! :)
Place the banana in a food processor.

Add the banana into the processor.

Pulse until combined.

(You may have to cut up the banana slices, like I had to).


Place in a jar and store in the refrigerator.  It tastes best if left in the refrigerator for a few hours to enhance the flavor.

Ingredients:
80 g (one medium) banana, peeled and cut into slices
4 tablespoons natural peanut butter (I used Smucker's)

Directions:
1.  Process the banana and peanut butter in a food processor together until smooth.
2.  Store in a jar in the refrigerator.  Best when let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours-- the flavor enhances.
