Chicken and Cheese Wrap

Chicken and Cheese Wrap
Another delicious lunch idea!
Spread out the cheese onto the lavash.
Add the ripped up or shredded chicken.

Microwave for 1 minute, then let cool for about 2 minutes, then roll up!  Done! :)

Prep time: 4 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Serving: one (1/2 lavash)

Ingredients:
1/2 lavash (I used Joseph's)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz ripped up or shredded chicken breast

Directions:
1.  Spread out the cheese onto the lavash.  Add the shredded chicken.
2.  Microwave for 1 minute.  Let cool for about 2 minutes, then roll up-- Done! :)
