Apple Peanut Butter Wrap

Apple Peanut Butter Wrap
Delicious lunch idea! :)
Cut up the apple into small 1/4" to 1/2" pieces.
Place in small bowl.
Add the peanut butter.
Stir with a fork.
Spread out over the 1/2 lavash, and you've got a lunch! :)

Roll it up, and you're done! :)

Ingredients:
1/2 lavash (I used Joseph's)
1 medium apple (I used red delicious), cut into 1/4" to 1/2" cubes
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (I used Smucker's Creamy)

Directions:
1.  Place the cubed apples into a small bowl along with the peanut butter.
2.  Stir together well with a fork.
3.  Spread out on the lavash, roll up, and you're done!
