Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

 Banana Peanut Butter Cookies
Yummy banana peanut butter cookies! :)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and whisk together.



Set aside.

Add the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the mixer and mix until whipped, about 3 minutes.




Add the eggsa nd vanilla extract and mix well.

Add the flour mixture.


Add the coarsely-cut bananas.  Place by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper, then bake for about 13 minutes, until the centers look done.

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter (not all-natural)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large ripe bananas (peeled), chopped coarsely

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and set aside.
2.  Cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a mixer until whipped and light, 3 minutes.
3.  Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.  Then, add the flour mixture and mix well.
4.  Fold in the chopped banana and drop mixture by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper.  Bake for about 13 minutes, until the centers of the cookies are done.
