Spicy Sauteed Chicken

Spicy Sauteed Chicken

Delicious, spicy sauteed chicken!

Get your chicken breasts ready: trim and cut in half.

Pat chicken halves with a paper towel to get rid of excess water.

Add one tablespoon oil to medium-sized bowl.
Add other tablespoon of oil to large saucepan.

Coat all chicken halves in oil in bowl.
Add garlic powder to chicken.
Add dried parsley flakes and dried minced onion.
Add dried oregano.
Add dried basil.
Add a few dashes of salt and pepper.
Mix up the chicken halves in the seasoning with your hands.
Add all chicken pieces to hot oil in skillet. (I put mine on medium-high).

Make sure the thickest piece reaches at least 165 degrees.
I had to cut mine in half to get them to cook faster, but nonetheless-- delicious!

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Note:  You definitely do not have to use all of the spices listed, but I like to make things interesting. ;)

Directions:
1. Trim chicken breasts and cut in half.
2. Add one tablespoon canola oil to medium-sized bowl and one tablespoon canola oil to large saucepan, on medium-high heat.
3.  Use hands to coat chicken halves with canola oil in bowl.
4.  Add all seasonings to bowl with chicken and mix with hands.

Delicious, easy, and flavorful!  Enjoy!
