Easy, flavor-filled spin on broccoli in just a few simple steps!
Combine all dry ingredients (kosher salt, ground pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese) in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the lemon juice and the olive oil to the bowl.
Mix it up!
Add 1 1/2 lbs of broccoli to the bowl.  Cover with mixture.

Spread out florets on a pan lined with aluminum foil, sprayed with non-stick spray.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon kosher salt (or 1/2 teaspoon table salt)
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh or bottled-- I use bottled)
3 tablespoon regular olive oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
1 1/2 lbs (22 oz) of broccoli florets, or broccoli cuts (fresh, thawed, or frozen-- mine were frozen)

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix all dry ingredients together in medium-sized bowl, then add the lemon juice and olive oil.  Mix well, then add the broccoli and mix with fingers.
2.  Spread broccoli pieces onto pan covered with aluminum foil, sprayed with non-stick spray.  Bake on middle shelf of oven for about 15 minutes (mine took about 22, so turn the pan around a bit and watch it!)

Only two steps!  Enjoy!
