Walnut Sandies

Walnut Sandies
Delicious walnut cookies! :)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Cream the butter and sugars in mixer until smooth.



Add the vanilla extract and mix.

Combine the flour and salt in a bowl and add to batter in parts.




(Dough will be crumbly), add the walnuts.



Drop by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper.  Bake for about 20 minutes, until edges are golden brown.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup confectionery's sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together the butter and sugars until smooth.
2.  Add the vanilla extract.  Then, combine the flour and kosher salt in a large bowl and add to the batter in portions.  Dough will be crumbly.  Add the chopped walnuts.
3.  Drop by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes, until edges are golden brown.  Done! :)
