Mini M&M Cookies

Mini M&M Cookies
They're M&M cookies, but they're cuter than regular cookies-- MINI! :)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream the butter.

Add both the sugars, the eggs, and the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.




Add the baking soda and the salt and mix well.


Add the flour in portions, mixing well between each addition.


Gently fold in the mini M&MS.

Place by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper.  Bake for about 8 minutes, until edges are golden brown.  Done! :)

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups (one 12-oz package) mini M&Ms

Directions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Cream the butter in mixer for about 1 minute.
2.  Add both the sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
3.  Add the baking powder and salt.  Mix well.  Mix in the flour in portions, mixing well in between each addition.
4.  Gently fold in the mini M&Ms.  Place by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper.  Bake for about 8 minutes, until edges are golden brown.  Done! :)
