Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie
Delicious snack with a fruit-twist! :)

Cut up the banana into chunks.
Add to blender.


Also add the milk to the blender.

Add the vanilla extract.

Pulse... a lot-- I hate chunky smoothies, so make sure there are no pieces of banana left over!



Done!  Top off with whipped cream! :)

Ingredients:
1 banana, cut into slices
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons fat-free whipped cream

Directions:
1.  Place banana, milk, and vanilla extract in blander and pulse thoroughly, so that no chunks are left.  Place in glass and top off with whipped cream.  Done! :)
