Cheesy Green Bell Pepper Sandwich

Cheesy Green Bell Pepper Sandwich
Delicious, cheesy sandwich! :)

Spread out cheese on bread slices.

Spread out green bell pepper chunks on slices.

Spread a bit more cheese on top; microwave for 30 seconds.


Beautiful!  Done! :)
Cheesy Green Bell Pepper Sandwich

Prep time: 2 minutes
Total time: 2 minutes, 30 seconds.

Ingredients:
2 slices healthy bread (I used Wellsley Farm's Soft Wheat)
1 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz (about 3 slices) green bell peppers, cut into small chunks

Directions:
1.  Spread out cheese on bread.  Add the pepper chunks.
2.  Sprinkle some more cheese on top of the chunks, then microwave for about 30 seconds.  Fold the slices on top of eachother and you're done! :)
