Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Delicious, healthy-inspired sandwich!

Slice apple thinly.


Stack your sliced cheese on each of the bread slices.

Stack the apple slices on top of the cheese.

Close up the sandwich carefully.

Get a skillet ready with non-stick spray and heat on high.

Heat for about 2 minutes, then carefully flip the sandwich, cooking until cheese melts.


Done! Now, cut however you like. :)

Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 9 minutes

Ingredients:
1 small apple, sliced thinly
1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly
2 slices healthy bread (I used Wellsley Farm's Soft Wheat)

Directions:
1.  Place cheese on both slices of bread, followed by the apple slices.
2.  Heat up a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray on high.  Cook the sandwich, flipping the sandwich carefully, until the cheese melts, about 4 minutes.  Done! :)
