Homemade Chicken Fingers
Delicious chicken fingers! :) |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two pans with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray. |
Combine the seasonings in a plastic bag and shake to mix. |
Trim and cut your chicken into strips. |
Shake in seasonings and place on pans, spread apart. |
Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. |

Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed if frozen, trimmed, and cut into 3" strips
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two pans with aluminum foil, and spray with non-stick spray.
2. Place all seasonings in a plastic bag and shake to mix.
3. Add the chicken strips to the seasoning, about 10 at a time, shaking to coat.
4. Place the strips on the pans, leaving space between each finger. Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Done! :)
