Spread out the cheese onto the lavash. |
Add the ripped up or shredded chicken. |
Microwave for 1 minute, then let cool for about 2 minutes, then roll up! Done! :) |

Ingredients:
1/2 lavash (I used Joseph's)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz ripped up or shredded chicken breast
Directions:
1. Spread out the cheese onto the lavash. Add the shredded chicken.
2. Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool for about 2 minutes, then roll up-- Done! :)
