Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Delicious peanut butter cookies! :) |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the mixer and mix until smooth and whipped, about 2 minutes. |
Add the eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and kosher salt and mix well. |
Drop by 2-tablespoon-fuls onto pans lined with parchment paper, then criss-cross a hatch-mark pattern onto the cookies with a long fork. |
Bake for about 12 minutes, until edges are golden brown. |

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
