Cut up the banana into chunks. |
Add to blender. |
Also add the milk to the blender. |
Add the vanilla extract. |
Pulse... a lot-- I hate chunky smoothies, so make sure there are no pieces of banana left over! |
Done! Top off with whipped cream! :) |

1 banana, cut into slices
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons fat-free whipped cream
Directions:
1. Place banana, milk, and vanilla extract in blander and pulse thoroughly, so that no chunks are left. Place in glass and top off with whipped cream. Done! :)
