Turkey and Cheese Wrap
Yet another easy, delicious lunch idea! :) |
Spread your tortilla out and put about 4 slices of turkey lunch meat slices on it, spreading them out. |
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. |
Presto! Roll it up and cover in plastic wrap! |
Brown-bag it with some veggies, and you're out the door in minutes. |

Ingredients:
1 low-calorie whole wheat tortilla (I used Fiber One)
about 4 slices of turkey lunch meat (I used Hillshire Farms -- watch the sodium!!)
1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese (I used Sargento)
Directions:
1. Spread the turkey pieces all over one side of the tortilla.
2. Sprinkle all over with the shredded cheese.
3. Roll it up, cover it in plastic wrap, and brown-bag it with some veggies! Done!
