Lemon-Honey Marinated Chicken Breasts

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Trim your chicken and cut it into palm-sized pieces. |
Prepare the marinade: crumble the chicken bullion cube, add the lemon juice, honey, and parsley flakes. |
Mince the garlic cloves and add to the bowl. |
Mix it up. |
Add chicken and marinade together in a Ziploc bag and let marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes. |
Get baking sheet ready with aluminum foil and non-stick spray. |
Place chicken breasts on pan and bake on middle rack of oven for 30 minutes. |

Ingredients:
5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed if frozen
1 chicken bullion cube, crumbled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
2 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Trim the chicken and cut each breast in half, or into palm-sized pieces.
2. Combine the crumbled chicken bullion cube, lemon juice, honey, and parsley flakes in a bowl. Mince the garlic cloves and add to bowl. Mix well.
3. Combine the chicken pieces and the marinade in a Ziploc bag and marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Bake on pan lined with aluminum foil, sprayed with non-stick spray for about 30 minutes, or until the thickest piece of chicken reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
