Easy Baked Chicken Breasts
Delicious, easy dinner! :) |
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray two deep glass dishes with non-stick spray. |
Trim the chicken breasts and place the breasts in the dishes. |
Get together the seasonings in a small bowl (ground pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, thyme, dried onion flakes, and parsley). |
Shake them up a bit to combine. |
Spread the seasonings evenly over the chicken breasts. |
Bake for about 30 minutes. |

Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed if frozen
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray two deep glass dishes with non-stick spray.
2. Trim the chicken breasts of fat and place them in the glass dishes.
3. Combine all of the spices together in a small bowl and shake to combine.
4. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning on each breast. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the thickest breast measures 160 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.
