Healthy Breaded Chicken
Super easy and healthy breaded chicken..... are you ready?

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Take out all your seasonings-- grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley flakes, garlic powder, ground pepper, and paprika.

Spray one pan covered with aluminum foil with non-stick spray.

Add all of your seasonings in a medium-large Ziploc bag.

Get your thawed chicken breast on a cutting board.

Trim the chicken breasts and cut them in half (not too small, not too large).

Cut all of the chicken breasts to about the same size.

Once again, I fed the trimmings to my dog.

Put two pieces of chicken in the mixture after mixing the seasonings together.

Shake, shake, shake!

Place the done pieces on the pan.

Ready for the oven.

Put the pan on the top shelf.

Cook the chicken for 25 minutes.

Save any extra seasoning by putting it in the freezer.
Check the chicken after 25 minutes and check to see if the thickest piece hits 360 degrees.  If not, put it in for longer... My chicken took 32 minutes to fully cook.

Ingredients:
7 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed, trimmed, and cut in half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine seasoning in medium-large Ziploc bag.
3.  Season cut, trimmed chicken breasts by shaking them in the bag with the seasonings.
4.  Place seasoned chicken breasts on pan covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick spray.
5.  Cook chicken pieces for 25 minutes, then check the thickest piece with a meat thermometer.  Make sure the largest piece passes 360 degrees.
